1. Scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders through our online shop yoolando.com

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Nordic Online Handelshaus GmbH.

By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude the contract. You can initially place our products without obligation into the shopping basket and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the corrective aids provided for this purpose in the order process. The contract comes about by accepting the offer via the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Languages available for the contract are German and English.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also read the terms and conditions on this page at any time. You can view your past orders in our customer login.

2a. Youth protection law & sale of alcohol

According to the youth protection legislation (German Jugendschutzgesetz), we sell alcoholic beverages only to persons over the age of 18 years. By accepting our general terms and conditions when starting the checkout process, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Further you assure that all age, name and address details are correct. As a customer, you are obliged to ensure that only you or a person authorised by you is able to accept the goods. Otherwise, if the order was placed under false facts and/or without the approval of authorised representatives, Nordic Online Handelshaus GmbH (yoolando.com) hereby revokes the contract as a precautionary measure in accordance with § 111 BGB (German Civil Code).

Upon delivery, an additional age check may be carried out by the logistic carrier, provided that the person receiving the goods gives reasons to believe to be under age. If the age verification fails, you have to bear the additional costs for the return of the order.

2b. Personal use limits for alcohol purchases

We will only pack alcoholic beverages up to the EU personal use limit recommendations. These are
- spirit drinks 10 litres
- intermediate products 20 litres
- wines (including a maximum of 60 litres of sparkling wines) 90 litres
- beers 110 litres

If you exceed these limits, we reserve the right to cancel and refund (parts of) your order without prior notice.

2c. Use of first order discount vouchers / multiple email addresses for unique customer

You may not create multiple accounts or use multiple different email addresses in order to re-use first order discount codes. We reserve the right to black-list you for future purchases if we detect such behaviour.

2d. Product substitutions for (temporarily) unavailable items

In the unlikely case that items are out of stock when a order is packed, we reserve the right to replace a (temporarily) unavailable item with an appropriate substitute of the same or higher value - unless you explicitly opt out by unchecking "I accept substitutes for out-of-stock items" on the cart overview page prior to checking out.

3. Delivery

Nordic Online Handelshaus GmbH will not ship goods outside of Germany.
As a customer, you have the option to organise transport through any independent freight forwarder, following the purchase of your goods on our website.

4. Prices, reference prices, payment and taxes

Prices may be displayed in local currency (depending on your location), however all orders will be charged in Euro during checkout.

Available methods of payment are: Credit card (Mastercard, VISA)

All prices contain German VAT and product excises, where applicable. If required by national law, it is the customer's responsibility to declare and pay for purchases to local authorities that do not fall under the principle of free movement of goods of private individuals within the European Union.

4a. Export declaration

If purchasing products (especially beverages) without deposit, you confirm that you
a) permanently reside outside of Germany
b) purchase these products for personal consumption outside Germany only
c) take these products outside of Germany within 24 hours of release from our warehouse

5. Reservation of ownership

The goods remain the property of Nordic Online Handelshaus GmbH until full payment.

6. Transportation damage

If goods are delivered with obvious damage to transport, please report these errors immediately to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately at shops@nordic-shops.com. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. They help us, however, to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.

7. Cancellation policy

Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within a period of fourteen days without giving reasons. The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party you designate, which is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Nordic Online Handelshaus GmbH, Apenrader Str. 41-45, 24939 Flensburg, Germany) by e-mail to shops@nordic-shops.com about your decision to revoke this contract. In order to maintain the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this agreement, we will pay you all the payments we have received from you, excluding any delivery costs you may have paid to an independent carrier to transport your goods, within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of revocation of this contract has been received by us. For such refund, we use the same payment you used in the original transaction, unless you have informed us otherwise. In no case will you be charged for any refund. We may hold off with an refunds until we have recovered the goods or until you have proven that you have returned the goods.

Unless agreed otherwise, you must return the goods to us immediately or in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. In this case we will bear the cost of shipping. The deadline is respected when you send the goods before the end of the deadline of 14 days.

8. Online dispute settlement

Online dispute resolution under Article 14 (1) of the ODR: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute settlement (OS), which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
