shipping and transport of your order

In order to allow everyone in Europe to access a great selection of everyday goods at everyday low prices, we are virtualizing the principles of European cross-border trade: As a private individual living within the European Union, you are free to move goods from one place to another, as long as the goods are for private use/consumption and transported by yourself (either personally, or by organising your own/independent transport). Nordic Online Handelshaus GmbH (yoolando.com) itself is therefore not involved in the shipping or transport of any goods, but instead lists here some of many options that you as a customer may use to ship your goods home.

What shipping options do I have, and how much does it cost?

Following the purchase of your goods, you will be presented with options to book shipping on the final page of the discandooo checkout. Shippii (one option to organise your transport with) has been integrated to display their shipping options and rates in a widget on the bottom right (↘) of our website (updates while you shop, based on shipping weight of your basket).

Alternatively you can pick up your goods at our warehouse in Flensburg/ Germany, or may make any other arrangements (please let us know the details in such case at shops@nordic-shops.com.

How long does it take to ship my goods?

We usually pack and dispatch your order within 2 working days, from our warehouse in Germany. The time from dispatch to arrival then depends on your location in Europe, and most importantly the shipping option/service you booked. That being said, from our experience you can expect an order to delivery time of ~7-10 working days.

Where will my order be delivered to? What if I am not at home?

You may choose home delivery or delivery to a collection/ pickup point near you. If nobody is home to receive your home delivery, the logistics partner will generally leave a slip in your mailbox with information relating to the next delivery attempt or a pickup option near you.

What if something is broken? What is your refunds & return policy?

In the unlikely case that items don't match your expectation or get damaged in transport, please get in touch with us via shops@nordic-shops.com, detailing the issue and ideally providing a photo. We'll gladly process an immediate refund, using the original method of payment.
